what to expect
Your initial evaluation will be about 90 minutes.
Come prepared in athletic and loose-fitting clothing that will allow access to the location of your pain or discomfort.
To start, your physical therapist will ask you questions about your symptoms to help guide us to the root cause and direct our physical evaluation. Your physical therapist will observe how you move and leverage cutting-edge assessments to evaluate the strength and flexibility of your muscles and joints.
After the evaluation period, treatment will begin. This may include hands-on manual treatment of soft tissue, stretching for mobility, or exercises for enhancing flexibility, strength or motor control.
